“Elise brings a unique blend of experience and vision to the organizations we serve at Whiteboard,” said Taylor Jones, CEO and Co-Founder. “She is a person who can connect the dots between workforce expectations and tangible outcomes that matter for organizational culture, health, and profit. She’s an exceptional leader.”
After graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in behavioral economics, Elise worked as an internal consultant for Ernst & Young, focusing efforts on comprehensively improving the advisory practice (i.e. pipeline and partner vision, sales funnel and marketing strategy, internal best practices for talent).
Post EY, she solo backpacked and traveled to 6 continents working with various NGO’s and non-profits to observe and consult on how daily operations influenced their impact.
Elise became Brand Strategist and Internal People Associate for Brand Apart; serving Chick-fil-A community initiatives while building best practices for talent and culture at Brand Apart. In 2016, she founded a non-profit called, She Is ABLE, a trauma-informed national non-profit that offers outdoor experiences to women recovering from sexual violence, sex trafficking, addiction, and exploitation.
“Elise is a champion for inclusion, equality, and people. It’s a recipe that many of our clients are navigating as they manage how to lead their teams in a digital world,” said Eric Brown, CCO and Co-Founder. “When she expressed the opportunity to formally join our team, we were thrilled.”
“There are very few organizations that exist to provide tangible value for those that are seeking to make a difference for the common good. At Whiteboard, there is a foundational belief that people with vision are instigators for change and progression,” Elise said. “They believe behind every good product, design, idea, movement, and mission, there is a person that sees opportunity and is willing to risk it all to see progress. It is this basic belief that fuels my love for our team and the people that we serve.”
She added: “Beginning with our Founder’s vision, Whiteboard has become a place that believes in high trust and high competence. This holds true with our people and with our customers. Internally, we hold ourselves to a standard of excellence and quality, focusing our professional efforts on building strategies, models, and products that offer value to our customers. We are consistently pushing the status quo, challenging norms, principles, and philosophies in the effort to provide the most valuable solution. We value fun, connection, work ethic, and creativity. We understand the true complex nature of people; dynamic and ever-changing. We respond to this reality in-kind, honoring the process of creating a culture of trust and innovation. It is my joy to work alongside people that believe equally in themselves and those around them.”
